Sociogenesis (Track)

In ancient Greece the first games began in 776 BC where it was called Olympia and now we call it the Olympics. It started off by anyone join the game in order to bring fame or honer to their families name, as well as win money. The most high people put these games together for their entertainment so see peoples skills. Starting out there were only white men that played these games. There were rules from the start of the games who can run the fastest this far or who can throw a disk the farthest. The first rules all still in place there are just more rules how to keep the sport equal so that everyone has a fair shot at winning. Back then they played basically naked and today we wear compression shorts and a tank top. Every four year a country host the Olympics where the best athletes all over the work go head to head. The biggest thing that we face today is athletes using steroids to enhance their skills.
